B
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THIS AUCTION:

We have moved most of the smaller items back to our warehouse in Rochester, however, some of the larger items must be picked up from Carnegie. This would include the two forklifts, the pavement roller, concrete mixer and possibly a few other items.

All necessary information will be in the descriptions upon the auction being opened up for bidding.

For the items located in Carnegie, a Four Wheel Drive Truck or SUV is essentially required. They are at the top of steep and unpaved hill, weather may be an issue. I was able to get my truck up while towing a 16’ trailer without too much difficulty, however the location was difficult enough to convince me to move back any item that I could easily deal with.

The car lift is no longer included in this auction, they believe that they have found a local buyer for it.

Hyster Forklift

To be picked up in Carnegie

I was told that it had been running, but it has not moved in a long time.

It is partially sunk in the ground, I believe this will require machinery to remove (you supply), ie a Bobcat or similar. I don’t think a truck with tow strap is going to cut it…

On this item, if you need a little while to figure out the logistics of how to haul, that is okay with prior approval, it just can’t sit for too long as the garages are to be rented out soon.
